Wedding Package A: $4950 plus $500 security deposit. This includes tables and chairs for 125 guests inside. One hour Rehearsal scheduled depending on other events. Saturday you can arrive starting at 10 am - 11 pm (music must be off no later than 10 pm). Clean up and everyone leaving by 11 pm. (There is a 5-hour max cap. If you want to add additional hours, Example: If your wedding starts at 4 pm, you have until 9 pm for music and 10 pm to be cleaned up and leaving.) This also includes a personal venue coordinator to assist with rehearsal, decorating, set up and coordinating the wedding. This also includes the use of all the decorations we have on hand. White linens included. Any other color or extras will have to be rented or brought in. **Food must be provided by a licensed, insured catering company with servers. No self-serve** ** Please also note, with Package A, there will be a mandatory $500 clean up fee added to the total due**
Wedding Package B: $6750 plus $500 security deposit. This includes package A and a meal with one meat for up to 100 guest (Option 1- one meat, vegetable, starch, and drink) see Catering tab for more details and choices, and the clean up fee. For each additional guest over 100, will be $25 per person.
Wedding Package C: $7550 plus $600 deposit. This includes package B, a contracted DJ, and clean up fee.
Wedding Package D: $8800 plus $850 deposit. This includes package B, a contracted DJ, Photographer for 8 hours and clean up fee.
Wedding Package E: $9950 plus $1000 deposit. This includes package B, a contracted DJ, Photographer for 8 hours, Videographer for 8 hours and clean up fee.
Please note: Wedding must be paid: half due six months out and balance due 90 days before wedding date. We offer your one-time tour, a day and time will be set up to go over all inventory, and set up, plus unlimited phone calls, text and emails to make sure your day is perfect! You must carry a day of liability insurance which is an additional $220. There will be a $200 fee for the bartender (if having alcohol). We want to make sure you enjoy your day stress free!!!

*The Deposit Refund policy: Deposit to reserve/book your date is $500 refundable after the event, once it is verified no damage to the venue, chairs, decorations or tables. The deposit nor any payment made will not be refunded if you cancel the event since we will be turning away potential clients to maintain your reservation. *
