Wedding Package A: $4,800 plus $500 Security Deposit. This includes tables and chairs for 125 guest. Rehearsal 1 hour. (Day will be schedule depending on other events schedule) Saturday you can arrive starting at 10 am- 11 pm (music must be off no later than 10:00 pm) Clean up and everyone leaving by 11 pm. ( There is a 5 hour max cap, If you want to add additional hours you can with a fee. Example: If your wedding starts at 4 pm, have you until 9 pm for music and 10 pm for clean up and leaving.) This also includes a personal venue day Coordinator to assist with rehearsal, decorating, set up and coordinating on the wedding day. This also includes use of all the decorations we have on hand. White linens included. Any other colors or extras have to be brought in or rented. ** Food must be provided by a licensed and insured catering company with servers. NO self-serve.** $500 security deposit returned within 10 days providing all is cleaned and no damage to the Venue. No guest can arrive more than 30 minutes before ceremony starts. *There will be an additional $500 mandatory clean up.
Wedding Package B: $6,750 plus $500 Security Deposit. This includes Package A and a meal with one meat for up too 100 guest (Option 1- one meat, vegetable starch and drink). . For each additional guest over 100, will be $25 per person..
Wedding Package C: $7,550 plus a $600 Deposit. If the bride/groom cancel the wedding the deposits will be non-refundable. This package includes package B, Contracted DJ and Clean UP.
Wedding Package D: $8,800 plus $850 deposit. This includes package B, a contracted DJ, Photographer and clean up fee.
Wedding Package E: $10,500 plus $1100 deposit. This includes Package B, contracted DJ, Photographer, Videographer for 8 hours and clean up fee
Please note: Wedding must be paid: half due six months out and balance due 90 days before wedding date. We offer your one-time tour, a day and time will be set up to go over all inventory, and set up, plus unlimited phone calls, text and emails to make sure your day is perfect! You must carry a day of liability insurance which is an additional $220. There will be a $200 fee for the bartender (if having alcohol). We want to make sure you enjoy your day stress free!!!
